A longer trip, so we plan the visit

Humble is a cross-town drive from our Tomball shop, roughly 40 to 50 minutes by our estimate using Beltway 8 or the Hardy Toll Road. Because the trip is longer than a local call, we ask for the brand, model, serial number and any fault code when you book, and try to bring the likely parts. That makes it much more likely that the unit is fixed on the first visit.

If your generator will not start, check that the controller reads AUTO, the generator's breaker is on and there is fuel. Note any code on the display. Leave the transfer switch and panel closed and call us with what you found.
