These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wiredes.com (the “Site”) and the electrical, generator, and backup-power services provided by Wired Electrical Services Inc., doing business as WIRED (“WIRED”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, requesting a quote, booking service, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

1. Our Services

WIRED is a licensed electrical contractor and authorized Generac dealer serving Tomball and the Greater Houston area. Information on the Site (including pricing, promotions, and warranty offers) is provided for general guidance. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in a written estimate or service agreement. All work is performed in accordance with applicable Texas codes and licensing requirements.

2. Quotes, Scheduling & Payment

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and may change if the scope of work or material costs change.
• Appointment times are estimates. We will notify you of significant delays, including during emergency or storm-related demand.
• Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. We accept major payment methods, and online payments are processed by a third-party payment processor.
• Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders subject to their own terms and credit approval.

3. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (including Generac product warranties) are provided by the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Any workmanship warranty offered by WIRED is described in your service agreement. Promotional warranty offers are subject to the conditions stated in the promotion.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number through the chat widget or opt-in form on our Site, you consent to receive SMS messages from WIRED about your inquiry, appointments, service updates, and occasional promotions.

5. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, attempt to access non-public areas, or interfere with the Site’s operation. All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to WIRED and may not be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIRED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for work performed under a signed service agreement.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
