If the Customer or Generators by Wired wishes to terminate this agreement, either party may do so on the condition that the party initiating the termination provides adequate opportunity for the remedy of any dispute or grievance presented as a reason for termination and further, that no less than 30 days written notice be provided to the addresses above.  

Upon selling your home, please contact Generators by Wired with a 30 day notice to allow ample time to transfer of the agreement to the new homeowner should they decide to proceed with Remote Monitoring. Should real or tangible property be sold, transfer of this Agreement to new Owner for the remaining term is allowable provided written notice has been made. Generators by Wired owns the monitor equipment therefore; Generators by Wired will remove the monitor equipment if the Agreement defaults or terminate.

Auto Invoicing for Monthly: You will be invoiced for your monthly payments between the 1st – 5th of each month. Prorate 1st payment due. Fill out the information below and we will contact you for the install.
