Yes. XG Series installations often require commercial-grade permits depending on application. We handle all electrical permits (frequently 400A+ service required), gas permits (commercial-grade gas supply), mechanical permits for cooling system, and any commercial building permits if applicable. The large size and weight may require crane installation or special foundation work. We coordinate all inspections and ensure compliance with commercial codes where applicable. This is included in your installation price.
XG Series units require maintenance every 2 years or 400 hours. However, given commercial-grade usage patterns, we strongly recommend annual professional maintenance including comprehensive engine service, coolant system maintenance, and electrical system inspection. The single-side access design significantly reduces service time. Many commercial customers opt for quarterly inspections to ensure maximum uptime. We offer commercial maintenance contracts designed specifically for XG Series units including priority emergency service.
